We base our agile development methodology on each client instead of per project. Requirements always change, by focusing on client priorities instead of project requirements, we can build quickly and providing high visibility into project progress. Your business priorities change and evolve quickly - so should your technology.
We are not your average consultant. If you are looking to be charged for months of wireframes, requirements documents, and planning meetings we are not right for you. We believe in getting stuff done. After brainstorming we set goals and we dive right in. In combination with our client-based agile development we are able to rinse and repeat.
All of our project managers are engineers.
In order to react quickly, plan effectively, and produce great products each project manager spends at least 40% of their time programming for the clients they are assigned. We believe it is critical that your project manager is an expert in both your business and your technology.
Our teams have experience working on large scale applications used by millions of people. In order to be agile and apply a startup approach it takes development discipline and experience to ensure that you build a product that is scalable and secure. Our code is always designed to be both secure and scalable.
Our team is full of people who have actually built full scale products and taken them to market. We have people who founded startups, worked in industry leading technology companies, and have a passion for building great products.
The answer is not always to build new things from the ground up. Sometimes you just need a new and innovative perspective on your existing systems. We work with many of our clients to solve their existing tough technology issues.
Whether we're instituting a process for large scale database administration or deploying custom web applications, we bring precise skill and dedication to our projects. Our expert engineers are trained to provide assorted services based on your needs, timelines, and budget concerns.
Our team is extremely passionate technologists. We are always tinkering with new technologies. From building out kinect motion sensor applications to finding fun things to do with a Raspberry Pi - our teams share this passion directly to the clients we partner with.
